Using MYOB PayGlobal Help

Buttons

Click Hide to hide the Contents, Index and Search tabs.

Click Show to show the Contents, Index and Search tabs.

Click Back to return to the last topic that you viewed. For example, if you click a Hyperlink that takes you to another topic, then you can click Back to return to the topic where you clicked the Hyperlink.

When you click Print, you have the option to print the selected topic, or print the selected heading and all subtopics.

See Printing Topics.

Click Options to view the above buttons in a menu. This menu also includes Forward, Stop, Home, Refresh, Internet Options, and the Search Highlight function.

When Search Highlight On is active, the words that you search for are highlighted in the topics in the search result. Click this option again to turn Search Highlight Off.

Next Topic

Click the up arrow to go to the previous topic and the down arrow to go to the next topic.

These buttons do not work the same as the Back button. The previous topic is the previous topic in the tree - not the last topic that you viewed.

Tabs
Contents:

The Contents list mirrors the PayGlobal Tree structure.

Index:

Use the Index tab to search an alphabetical list of headings and PayGlobal topics. There are two ways of using the Index:

  • Start typing a word or phrase in the search box. The index jumps to the first word closest to or matching the word that you are typing.
  • Use the scroll bar on the right of the index to browse through the topics.
Search:

Use the Search tab to search for topics using key words. Type a word or phrase in the search box, and click List Topics to display all topics that contain the search item. Double click a topic to display the contents in the right pane.

See Advanced Search Options.

Topic IDs

Every topic in the help file has a unique ID that will not change. If you find an error in a topic or you want to discuss a specific topic, then you can quote the topic ID.

The topic ID is the number displayed at the bottom-right of the page below the PayGlobal logo. Note that this topic number is 213.

You can search for a topic ID on the Search tab. Make sure that the Match similar words check box at the bottom on the Search page is not ticked.
