Summary

Sometimes it is necessary to formally initiate action to resolve matters discussed in a Meeting.

Examples

  • Follow up and report
  • Training
  • Maintenance
  • Verbal Notification
  • Signage

Fields
Item:

A description of the matter under discussion.

Meeting Action:

The action that needs to be undertaken to resolve the item above. Sometimes several Actions will need to be completed before resolution. You need to create a separate record for each Action that is undertaken.

Responsibility:

The employee who oversees the resolution of an Action.

Resolve by:

The date an Action is planned to be completed by.

Resolved on:

The actual date that an Action is completed on.

Comment:

Further comments regarding the information on this tab page. For example, if the employee responsible is heading a team of others, you could list the team members, or perhaps contractors to the job.
