Compulsory. The date the meeting is held.

Meeting time:

The time the meeting starts.

Next meeting date:

Compulsory. The date set for the next meeting.

Location:

Where the meeting is held.

Meeting type:

The reason that the meeting is held. For example, Planning Committee or Annual General Meeting.

Review last meeting:

Select Yes to indicate that the minutes of the previous meeting are approved, and matters arising discussed.
