Member ID:Employee's identification number in this superannuation fund – not the employer's ID. For Fijian companies, this field contains the employee's Fiji National Provident Fund account number. Member account name:Name of the member's superannuation fund account. Other Member ID:If the employee is contributing to another member’s superannuation fund account, then use this field to record the other member’s ID number. Other Account name:Name of the other member’s superannuation fund account. |
