Summary

This tab page associates a Work Area with a Hazard.

Fields

Work Area:

The physical area that the Hazard is located in. For example, Help Desk or Kitchen.

Hazard Status:

The current standing of the Hazard. For example, 'Isolated', 'Eliminated' or 'Minimised'.

Priority:

A number signifying the priority of managing this Hazard.  You can define whatever scale fits your requirements.

Resolve by:

The date by which the hazard must be resolved or controlled.

Resolved on:

The date the hazard was resolved or controlled.
