Summary

The Details tab records the agenda items and the associated actions for an OHS/OSH Committee Meeting.

Fields
Item:

Free text describing the item discussed at the meeting. For example, 'Carpet lifting on stairs between first and second floors'.

Incident Code:

If the Action is required due to an Incident, that Incident Code is recorded here.

OHS/OSH Action:

This is any action taken as the result of OHS/OSH. For example, additional training or a warning given.

Responsibility:

This is the employee who will take responsibility for undertaking the OHS/OSH Action.

Resolve by:

This is the date that the OHS/OSH Action is expected to be completed.

Resolved on:

This is the date that the OHS/OSH Action was actually resolved.

Comment:

This is free text describing any additional material. For example, 'ABC Carpet Company relaid carpet on stairs between first and second floors'. You can enter further information in the Notes and Documents tab pages.
