Summary

The Action Taken tab page records actions that have been taken during an investigation. For example, tests may have been carried out on machinery, or activity suspended while an investigation was in progress.

Entering data

To add an Investigation Action record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert. The Incident Investigation Actions - Details tab appears.
