Summary |
An employee achieves competency in an area when a defined level of skill, knowledge or behaviour over a period of time is demonstrated. An effective employee appraisal system sets out to measure the competencies that an employee has achieved. |

The Competency Dimensions selected when creating an Appraisal Type template will populate the Employee Appraisal record. The level of achievement or score is recorded in the employee appraisal. |
