Summary

An employee achieves competency in an area when a defined level of skill, knowledge or behaviour over a period of time is demonstrated.

An effective employee appraisal system sets out to measure the competencies that an employee has achieved.

Using this tab page

The Competency Dimensions selected when creating an Appraisal Type template will populate the Employee Appraisal record. The level of achievement or score is recorded in the employee appraisal.

Entering data

Competency Dimensions are added or edited from the Select Competency Dimensions menu. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this menu.
