Use the Details tab to link the following to a performance plan:
An employee's current and potential performance level in the position that they hold can also be recorded. These are coded numerically with a value from 1 to 5. Ensure a consistent policy is maintained for this scale. For example, 1 could indicate a low performance and 5, a superior performance. |
Linked Training Plan |
The field for Linked Training Plan populates automatically. Data cannot be added or edited directly from this field. You need to press Ctrl+Enter in the pick list Select Training Plans Grid to reach the Training Plan itself and edit from there. |
