Summary

At the end of a Reinforcement Period employees are assessed to determine if they have attained Competency. Assessment methods should be practical rather than theoretical and should aim for the employee to attain 100% accuracy.

Use this tab page to list the ways that an assessor will use to confirm if an employee has achieved a particular Competency.

Tag the applicable Assessment Methods from the Select Assessment Methods window. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this window.
