Fields |
Manager:The employee responsible for staff who hold this Position. Budgeted cost per FTE:The budgeted cost in dollars for this Position in terms of the full-time equivalent (FTE) cost. This is useful where several people hold the same Position in a part- time capacity. Classification:Places the Position into a Classification grouping such as Sales and Marketing or Product Development. Group:Further defines the Position Classification. For example, a Classification of Sales and Marketing could have groups according to the product that employees sell e.g. grocery or wet goods. Contract:Links a contract to a Position. For example, all bus drivers could belong to the same employment contract. |
