Key Result Areas (KRA’s) are the major outputs expected from a particular job. These outputs are entered in PayGlobal as Tasks. KRAs contribute to the overall performance of the business in achieving its strategic goals. Organisational health is achieved when all KRAs are achieved for all Positions in an organisation. They are vital in performance planning and review. |
Why use KRAs? |
KRA’s are used to measure employee performance and thus have a direct relationship with the activities required to deliver output, as well as the competencies necessary to perform those activities. In many instances, a specific qualification will also be required to deliver an output and will be directly related the required competency. |
