The questions on this tab page come from the questionnaire selected in the Details tab.

Procedure

You can record the answers to these questions using the Applicant Referee Questionnaire Questions form. You need to perform an additional Add or Edit to reach this form. Sometimes, a referee will be asked additional questions. You can add questions to a referee questionnaire using this form also.
