Summary

The Contact Details tab page records:

  • Complete address, including post code, state and country for an applicant.
  • Immediate forms of contact, such as e-mail, phone or pager details.

Procedure

These fields populate automatically if the applicant is a current employee and their employee code is selected in the Details tab page.

The fields on this tab page are optional.

The Address details are used when you create a mail merge report for standard letters to applicants using PayGlobal.

Follow the standard PayGlobal convention of Line 1 and 2 containing the street address.  Line 3 and 4 contain the suburb, town or locality.
