Procedure

Data is entered in the Details tab page of the Recruitment Questions entity.

The Question Code is used when recording questions and responses for an applicant in a Recruitment Centre - Recruitment Centre Applicant Questionnaire Questions.

Procedure

Questions must be created in the context of how the Position relates to an organisation’s Business Objectives and the Competency Dimension required to fulfil that relationship. This procedure ensures that the questions match the outcomes required for the Position.

For example, questions involving customer support would vary greatly in complexity depending on whether they were asked of a Receptionist or a Consultant responsible for client implementations. The Competency Dimension and the Recruitment Question Level associated with the Question record this difference in complexity in the Questions entity.
