Action Code:

The actions that have been taken for an applicant with regards to this recruitment centre. For example,

  • Acknowledgement letter sent
  • General No letter sent
  • First interview
  • Position offered

An applicant may have several actions associated. You need to create a new action record for each action.

Initiated date:

The date the action above was first initiated.

Due date:

The date the action is due to be completed. For example, you may have sent an employment offer out to an applicant which should be signed and returned by the due date if the applicant is willing to take up the offer.

Completed date:

The date the action has been completed.

Additional comments as required.
