Summary

PayGlobal Questionnaires are made up of groups of questions. Different interview situations will require different types of questions.

Function

This tab page:

• Links a questionnaire to an Applicant in a Recruitment Centre
• Displays the total of question averages for an Applicant
• Displays the weighted average of question responses for an Applicant.

Procedure

To record and calculate the responses in a recruitment centre questionnaire:

1. In Edit mode, select the questionnaire that you want to use in the Questionnaire Code field.
2. Press Save.
3. A confirm message appears:

   "Do you wish to set up questionnaire response records for all questions in questionnaire?"

   Select Yes.

Calculating Scores

After Panel Members have assigned scores to an applicants questions, you can use Calculate Applicant Scores from the right-click menu to display the Total and Weighted averages for an applicant.
