Test Code:

This field records the code for a test given to an applicant.  For example, 'Basic maths' or 'Psychometric testing'.

Test date:

The date the applicant took the test.

Number of questions:

The number of questions in the test.

Attempted:

The number of questions attempted by the applicant in this test.

Correct:

The number of correct answers given by the applicant in this test.

Accuracy:

The percentage of correct answers received by the applicant for this test. For example, '90%'.

Grade:

The grading score used by your organisation that the applicant fits in for this test.  For example, 'B+'.

T-score:

The t-score received by the applicant for this test.

Sten:

The sten score received by the applicant for this test.

Percentile:

The percentile the applicant is placed in for this test.
