Cost Type:

Cost Types are very specific Human Resources costs. For example, advertising or recruitment agency fees.

Cost Category:

Groups of cost types such as recruitment costs or legal costs.

Cost Centre:

You can group cost types and categories into a broad spectrum of costs which will transfer through to the General Ledger. For example, 'Christchurch Sales and Marketing' or 'Victoria'.

Cost date:

The date the cost was incurred.

Amount:

The dollar value of the cost.

Outstanding:

Select Yes if this bill has not been paid.
