Summary

The Position Defaults Components makeup table displays the components associated with each position default remuneration package.

There are usually several components in a position default remuneration package. For example, 'Base Salary, 'Medical Insurance' and a 'Travel Allowance'. Several employees are likely to share the same position default remuneration package.

The Customise Columns right-click menu option enables you to display additional columns in the grid.
