Course Types - Subjects

Summary

Subjects are the learning areas that are covered in this type of course. For example, a Microsoft Office course type could contain the following subjects:

  • Microsoft Word.
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Access.

Subjects are associated with Course Types only as reference information.

Procedure

To associate subjects with a Course Types record:

  1. On the Course Types | Subjects tab, click Edit.
  2. Press Insert.

    The Select Subjects pick list appears.

  3. Click checkboxes to select the Subjects that you want to associate with this record.
  4. Click OK.
