Key Position:

The Position that you want to find suitable successors for.

Employee:

The Employee Code for an incumbent.

Score:

The performance appraisal score for the employee selected above.

Short-listed:

Select Yes to prioritise this employee on the Key Position List.

Review date:

The date that you want to review this employee's inclusion on the Key Position List.

Promotion status:

The current suitability of the candidate to promotion. For example, 'Promotable now'.

Relocation status:

The ability of the candidate to transfer. For example, 'Within 3 months'.
