Summary |
PayGlobal is a product that encompasses a huge level of functionality but none of this is much use if you can't get access to the data and/or it is too difficult to extract. Plus, any solution today must incorporate the Internet to deliver the information. PayGlobal fully utilises the internet in all aspects, from a deployment option to the ability to deliver all reports electronically. PayGlobal contains all the tools to enable you to realise the concept of a 'paperless office'. All reports can be distributed electronically either to other internal PayGlobal users, or to external e-mail addresses letting you manage it all automatically. |
Using PayGlobal Scheduler |
For example, a flag on an employee's record indicates that employee's preference for payslip delivery. This could be e-mail, employee self- service, hard copy, or none. On completion of a pay the Scheduler will run the payslip report taking into account the method of deployment and generate the payslip in the required way. This can all happen when there is no one else in the office. With Scheduler, a payroll can be run entirely without any human intervention (assuming data is electronically captured, and excluding the authorisation of the DC file through your banking software). |
Splitting reports |
The ability to split reports is also incredibly powerful in that it allows you to split a report into its various sections (by department, supervisor, shift or even by employee), and automatically distribute them in accordance with the recipient’s wishes. |
