Summary

The Details tab contains the location manager’s details and other location-specific information.

Fields
Manager Details
Manager:

Select the employee who is the manager of this location.

Name, E-mail, Mobile, Phone, Fax, Pager:

These fields are populated automatically from the employee’s record based on the Manager value.

Assistant Manager:

Select the employee who is the assistant manager of this location.

Report Generation Details
User Profile:

If you split a report by Location and specify User Profile in the Destination options, then the split reports are sent to the e-mail address specified in this user profile.

Filename:

Name of the report file sent to the user profile.

Other Details
Cash Area:

Cash centre where the cash payroll is created.
