Summary

The X. Termination allowance type controls the functional and legislative requirements for processing an employee's final payments.

When you insert a termination allowance transaction, PayGlobal does the following:

• Cancels all future payroll transactions
• Creates additional termination payments on processing

This type of allowance is always set as Non-Paying on the Details (i) tab page of an allowance.

Reversing a Termination transaction

Complete the following procedure to reverse a termination transaction.

1. Navigate to the Dates tab page of the employee record.
2. Clear the Termination date and Termination Reason fields.
3. Click Save + Close to return to the Grid.
