Summary

Use the Page Setup options to set page margins, paper size and type, and printer options.

To open the Page Setup window and edit settings:

1. From the Design tab, click File | Page Setup.

   The Page Setup window appears.

2. Complete the following tab pages:

   Printer: Set the printer options. PayGlobal also allows you save the report and use the PayGlobal Report Viewer to print reports at a later date.

   Paper Size: Select a pre-set paper size or select 'Custom' to suggest a width and height. You can also select the orientation here.

   Paper Source: Select a Paper tray or accept 'Default'.

   Layout: You can define columns to divide the page. This option is useful when you are dealing with small widths of data, for example only one or two fields.

   Margins: The size of the top, bottom, left and right margins. To change the units, click Report | Units from the Design tab.
