PGPRCOST004 - Cost Centre (Wild Card) Analysis

Reports | Report Groups | PGPRCOST | PGPRCOST004 - Cost Centre (Wild Card) Analysis

Summary

This report prints the quantity and value for selected cost centres in the current period, year-to-date and month-to-date.

A wild card search selects cost centre(s).

Use the Edit Report Settings option from the right-click menu to set the criteria that you want to run the report for.

Using a wild card search

Wild card searches are only used in the Cost centre code field from Edit Report Settings.

If you want to run a report for one cost centre only, enter the cost centre code in the Cost centre code field. This option is only available if you sort the report order by cost centre.

Wild card searches use the following characters:

  • '.' - any wild card character, similar to an [*] in other applications.
  • ' + ' - any wild card character, but with extra functionality for when the character changes a sub-total and a new heading is printed.
