The Projected AL report contains the following information:

Employee Name and Code
Entitled (weeks)
Balance as at Last Pay
Projected Units
- Last Paid Date
- Periods to Project
- Accrual/Period
- Projected Units
- Calculated Units
- Calculated Liability
Additional Oncosts
- Oncost 1 (defined by user)
- Oncost 2 (defined by user)
- Total Liability.

The following table explains the Settings tab fields:

Field	Details
Project to date	Future date used to calculate projected annual leave entitlement.
Oncost 1 description	You can include another oncost in the report.
Oncost 1 percentage	You must define the percentage of Oncost 1.
Oncost 2 description	You can include another Oncost in the report.
Oncost 2 percentage	You must define the percentage of Oncost 2.

If the accrual method is proportional, then the accrual per period is calculated either from average weekly hours (for the 52 weeks prior to the employee's last paid date), or profiled hours if the average is zero.
Liability is as calculated from the annual leave table.
This report is configured to work for fixed and proportional accrual methods. Projected units will not be calculated for other accrual methods. If the accrual method is proportional, then this report is configured to work in units of hours.
If Entitled weeks displays 'n/a', then the employee is not on an annual leave table.
