Summary

The Position selected in the Activities tab page may have certain Competencies attached to it. Sometimes a Requirement will require a different set of Competencies to that which is normally associated with a Position. Competency Overrides enable you to limit or widen the competency base for a Requirement.

PayGlobal uses a ranking structure to record the importance of each Competency to a Position.
