Customise Columns in Employee View-Details
Date and numeric columns

When you need to sort by a date or a numeric value, you can use Customise Columns to add any of the following columns:

  • Employee Date Columns 10, 11 and 12.
  • Employee Numeric Columns 13, 14 and 15.

Although you can add a date or numeric value to other employee columns (Employee Columns 1-9), they do not sort correctly for these values.

Note: In the Customise Column Extensions - Details tab, the Data source drop-down box displays only date values for Employee Date Columns 10, 11 and 12, and numeric values for Employee Numeric Columns 13, 14 and 15.

Save your layout

When you finish customising your layout, you must use File | Save Layout As to save your settings. Your most recently saved layout becomes the default layout, and you will see it whenever you access this window. If you do not Save Layout As, then your changes will be lost when you exit or apply another layout.
