Summary

PayGlobal provides a set of standard workflows with each version upgrade. After you upgrade PayGlobal, run the following commands:

• Import Workflows - Import any new workflows created by PayGlobal into your system.
• Update Workflow Definitions Table - Place the imported workflows in the Workflow Definitions Table.
• Create Standard Workflow Groups - Create standard workflow groups with the imported workflows.

Custom workflows

Before you import workflows, you must copy any custom workflows in your original data Workflow folder to your upgrade data Workflow folder. The data Workflow folder contains custom workflows. When you run a workflow, PayGlobal checks the data Workflow folder before the executable Workflow folder. If you have workflows in the data Workflow folder for an old version of PayGlobal, then they may not run correctly with the updated executable.

Procedure

1. Double-click Import Workflows to see the Import Workflows form.
2. Click Import.

   The Open box appears showing the contents of the PayGlobal folder. If the PayGlobal folder is not displayed, then navigate to it.

3. Double-click the Workflows ZIP file: tmwf[version number]-[country].zip.

   The Import Workflows box appears. The run command extracts the workflows from the ZIP file to the Workflows folder in the executable folder.

   The following Information message appears: "Importing completed".

4. Press Enter or click OK to return to the grid.
