The External Connection entity is used to create connection parameters. You need these parameters when performing external validation procedures.

Procedure

External Connection uses the Microsoft Data Link API (Application Programming Interface). In other situations this function is used to create a UDL (Uniform Data Link) file. For security reasons, PayGlobal does not save the UDL file, but encrypts the parameters in the PayGlobal database.

This means that you must re-enter the setup details every time you set the connection.
