OM - Clocking Omission

Summary

Clock Result Data produces an OM (clocking omission) clock result when a rostered employee:

  • Clocks in, but does not clock out.
  • Clocks out, but does not clock in.

For example, an employee is rostered to work from 08:00 to 17:00. They clock in at 08:00, but they do not clock out. PayGlobal creates a clock out time from the employee's roster, and flags the timeband as a clocking omission (OM).

Remove result flag

If the employee's clock times are correct, then remove the OM result flag:

  1. In Employee View Details, double-click the OM timeband to open it.
  2. Click OK.

Edit clock time

If the employee's clock times are not correct, then edit them in the timeband:

  1. In Employee View Details, double-click the OM timeband to open it.
  2. Edit the start or end time as required.
  3. Click OK.
