Send Document

Document View | Riht-click document | Send Document

Procedure

You can send a document to the PayGlobal Inbox or to an e-mail recipient.

  1. Right-click a document in the Document View grid.
  2. Click Send Document.

    The standard Destination window appears.

  3. On the E-mail options tab, complete the following fields:

    E-mail: Ensure that this check box is ticked to e-mail the document.

    Filename: The name of the document that you selected in Step 1.

    Use compression: Click this check box to send the document as a zip file. Generally you will not use compression.

    Password: If Use Compression is ticked, then you can specify a password. The recipient must enter this password to open the zip file.

    Address: The recipient’s e-mail address.

    A PayGlobal User: When you click the A PayGlobal User button, the Select User Profiles window appears. Double-click a User Profile to select it.

    PayGlobal copies the e-mail address or addresses specified in the security profile into the Address field.

    You can use the Ctrl or Shift keys to select multiple e-mail addresses.

  4. Click OK.

    An outgoing message is created in your PayGlobal Outbox.

  5. Press Esc to exit Document View.

    A Confirm box appears.

  6. Press Enter or click Yes to return to the main PayGlobal window.
  7. In the PayGlobal Tree, double-click Send and Receive to send the file.
