Summary

The Disputes tab page displays a summary of employment grievances or disputes taken by or against an employee, which is recorded in the Disputes entity.

To edit an employee's discipline record, navigate to the Disputes entity.

Disciplinary action

Disciplinary actions may progress to the employment dispute stage. You must record accurate details of any action in an employment dispute, especially in the event of legal action.
