Summary

This report prints a summary of different types of Leave.

The report displays, data from the annual leave, sick leave and leave credits tabs in the employee record. Each section has its own set of columns.

Note: The values on this report also include the values on the Employees | Payroll | Leave | Extra Week tab.

Annual Leave

• Units
• Outstanding - Total leave remaining after annual leave was taken or paid out
• Accrued
• Units in Advance
• Balance Units
• Balance Dollars

Sick Leave

• Units
• Outstanding
• Accrued
• Units in Advance
• Balance Units
• Balance Dollars

Leave Credits

• Balance LC Hours (total number of units available for leave credits setup in hours)
• Balance LC Days (total number of units available for leave credits setup in days).
