Summary

Sometimes you want an Audit log to highlight special events that are connected with an employee. For example, the date that an employee is due to complete their apprenticeship.

Use Results to set flags so that when a Roster is processed, the Audit log contains a message identifying that a Result has occurred. Results are date driven. They do not appear on actions.

Fields

Award Rule Code:

A Result will appear in the Audit log on the date outlined in the Details (i) tab page only when the Award Rule entered here is also used for the employee.

Critical:

A Pay can not be closed when a Critical Result exists.

User name:

The name of the user instigating the Result action.

Change date:

The date a Result is changed.
