Summary

The Employee Birthday Report contains the following information for each employee:

• Code and name
• Address
• Cost centre
• Birth date
• Age
• Start date
• Years of service.

Report Settings

Use the employee-based settings to define the specific group of employees that you require in the report.

In report settings, the Settings tab has an As at date field. If you leave this field blank or enter an invalid date, then it defaults to today's date.

When you run the report, PayGlobal calculates employee age and length of service for the date in the As at field. PayGlobal also includes the As at date in the report heading: 'Employee Birthday Report as at dd/mm/yyyy'.
