Summary

The Customise Columns option allows you to add columns to Diary View Drill Down.

Customise Columns

This example adds the Description column to the Drill Down area.

1. Click the Drill Down header to make Drill Down the active section.
2. In the main menu, click Tools | Customise | Customise Columns or press F10.

   The Customize box appears with a list of the available columns.

3. Drag-and-drop Description to the required position in the Drill Down column headers.

   Note: Two green arrows indicate where the Description column will be inserted.

4. Close the Customise list.

Save your layout

When you finish customising your layout, you must use File | Save Layout As to save your settings. Your most recently saved layout becomes the default layout, and you will see it whenever you access this window. If you do not Save Layout As, then your changes will be lost when you exit or apply another layout.
