Summary

Sometimes, a change will be made to the terms of an employee contract. For example, a rate increase or a change in hours.

Function

The Variations tab displays:

  • Dates of any variations to a contract.
  • Additional notes or information about contract variations.

Dates

The Variation Date is recorded in the Details tab page. Click Edit | Add or Edit to reach this tab page.

Recording the Contract

Use the Documents tab page to attach a copy of the Variation to a Contract.
