Summary

This tab page records the details about a dispute hearing. Hearings and appeals are part of a dispute action, but not all dispute actions have a formal hearings process. Other examples of dispute actions may be compensation or transfer.

Fields
Dispute action:

Any action taken for the dispute. For example, "Employment Court papers filed" or "Compensation offered".

Dispute action date:

Date that the action above was taken.

Hearing start date:

The first date of a formal hearing for a dispute. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only.

Hearing decision date:

Date that the formal decision was made on the result of a hearing. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only.

Hearing outcome:

Enabled when Hearing decision date is populated.

The result of a hearing.

Values specified by the ACC are:

  • D.Dismiss
  • M.Quashed – Modify
  • S.Quashed – Substitute
  • Q.Quashed with Direction
  • W.Withdrawn
