Summary

The Employees tab page records the employees participating in an Induction programme.

The correct induction programme?

Several employees are likely to share the same Induction Programme in an organisation. For example, the Topics covered in an Induction Programme for nurses are likely to be different to those for clerical staff. All nurses, no matter which area they work in, will complete the nurses Induction Programme and all clerical staff will complete the clerical Induction Programme.

In this situation, you could create a query in the Select Employees menu to filter the names of nurses only, and attach all nurses at once to an Induction.

Placing Induction participants on a Course

To transfer an employee from an Induction programme to a Place on a Course:

  1. Attach an employee to an Induction programme.
  2. Right-click in the Details tab page and select Generate Nominations.
  3. Select the Nomination that PayGlobal created for the employee.
  4. In the Details tab, select the Course that you want the employee to attend.
  5. Click the Transfer button. The Status field will change to Transferred and the employee's name will display on the Attendees tab page of the Course.

Entering data

Use the Select Employees window to add employees. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this window.
