Human Resources | Induction | Inductions | Modules tab
Summary |
Induction Modules are groups of Topics that are covered during an Induction programme. For example, a Health and Safety Module would comprise topics such as Evacuation Procedure, Accident Reporting and First Aid Awareness. |
Setting up Inductions |
An Induction Programme will typically consist of several Modules. For example, a Health and Safety Module, a Personnel/Administration Module and perhaps Modules covering the role of each division within an organisation (Factory, Sales and Despatch). |
Induction Modules |
Use the Induction Induction Modules form to enter Induction Modules. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form. PayGlobal automatically populates the Topic Results tab page with the Topics recorded in this tab page. Each result must still be recorded. |
Linking Course Types to Inductions |
Course Types can also be linked to Induction Modules. For example, all employees on an Induction Programme may need to attend a basic Microsoft Office course at some stage. |
Saving Inductions |
When you save an Induction record, PayGlobal will ask you: "Do you wish to set up Nomination records based on Module Course Types?" Select Yes to set up a Nomination record for employees on this Induction. Nomination records indicate that an employee is eligible for particular Courses. PayGlobal creates a Nomination for employees who receive an Induction Programme so that you can identify them easily when you arrange the next Course. |
