Payouts Paid

- Right-click the Employees grid and click Customise Columns.
- In the Available Columns section, double-click the following columns to move them to the Selected Columns section:
- AL Payout Units Paid ($) - Dollar value of units paid
- AL Payout Units Taken - Number of units paid.
- In the Selected Columns section, double-click any fields that you do not want to display on your report to remove them from the Selected Columns section.
- Click OK.
- In the Employees grid, double-click the right border of each column header to optimise the column widths.
- Right-click the grid and click Generate Grid Report.
- On the Report Options | Settings tab:
- Click the Show Totals for | Summary checkbox to select it.
- Change the Type values to Sum for the payout columns.
- Click Run Report.
