Summary

This report shows a proportional cost centre breakdown of employees' permanent transactions. It does not report on proportional costing transactions in specific pay sequences.

This report displays a cost centre breakdown as follows:

• Percentage
• Cost centre
• Description
• General ledger code.

Report Settings

Employees tab

This report is based on the Employees table, which is reflected in the report settings options.

Sorting tab

The sorting options are employee-based and include the Dim fields.

Report Destination

The Format field contains a "CSV2File" option. If Format = "CSV2File", then the resultant file will not contain additional quotation marks around strings that include spaces. Strings or numeric values that include commas are enclosed in quotes for Format = "CSVFile" and "CSV2File".
