Summary

This report compares the selected pay sequence against the previous pay of the same period to show YTD values, Nett/Gross pay, and any variance.

Report Settings

Details tab

Pay Sequences:

Select the pays for analysis.

Employee:

Leave blank to include all employees or select an employee.

Show amounts as:

Select "Nett" or "Gross".

Compare to last:

Select "Standard" or "Manual".

Department, Location, and Dim tabs

You can filter the report by Department, Location, Dim1, Dim2, Dim3 or Dim4.

Sorting tab

The sorting options are employee-based and include the Dim fields. Default Sort Order = "by Employee Name".
