Save
You can save a report as an rps file, and then load and unload saved reports.
Report
Click Design to display the Grid Designer form that allows you to edit the report format.
Click Rebuild to reload/refresh report data.
Output
Click Print to print the report.
Click Print Dialog to configure print settings.
Click Export to PDF to save a high-quality rendering of the report as a PDF.
Format
Click Page Setup to change any aspect of the page, such as size, orientation and margins.
Click Format and then select the appropriate aspect of the report, such as Title.
Click Background to change the background colour of the report.
By default, the report is displayed with Fit to Page Width selected.
Zoom
Click the appropriate button to change the zoom settings.
Navigation
You can use the Next Page and Previous Page buttons to change pages or the Page Up and Page Down keys.
The Navigation menu also allows you to move to the First Page (Home), Last Page (End) or select an Active Page.
Preview
Click Thumbnails to display a pane of small report pages for fast navigation.
Click Header and Footer to display the Header and Footer menu ribbons that allow you to configure these areas.
Click View to show or hide the Margins, Margins Bar and Status Bar.
Close Print Preview
Click this button to exit to the Preview window.
