The External Earnings tab contains the Employee Other Incomes make-up records. This tab allows you to keep a record of income an employee had earned for a specific tax year prior to joining your organisation as their primary employer. You will also need to record employees other YTD income amounts for employees that transition from a secondary to a primary tax code whilst employed by you. The data held in this tab is used to to calculate tax when processing a pay. |
