June 94: |
This field relates to termination due to invalidity. When an employee is terminated using the Invalidity (permanent disability) termination type, the invalidity value is displayed in the Post June 1994 invalidity component field on the Employee Terminations - Cash Amount tab. For more information, see Termination Reasons - Details. |
Payment Date: |
The date that the employee received their termination payment. Important: When you add an Employee Terminations record, if you do not enter a Date of payment, then the Payment Date field will be blank so reports based on current transactions will not include employee ETP values. |
Death benefit: |
Indicates whether a termination payment is due to the death of the employee. |
Death benefit type: |
When an employee is terminated using one of the 'Death' termination types, the employee's pay is taxed relevant to the selected termination type. This field is updated when the pay is closed. For more information, see Termination Reasons - Details. |
Final pay upon death: |
Displays the total of all transactions with Override type = "Death" (see Transaction Entry - Taxation Overrides (Aus)). When you open the first pay period of a new YTD, PayGlobal will 'zero' the Final pay upon death field along with the other YTD accumulators. Payment amounts for death termination payments and payments made after a death termination payment are not included in the Payment Summary reports for the employee. However, these amounts are included in the PGPRPRIM004 and PRPREMPL007 reports in the non-taxable and gross amount values to ensure that all payments can be reconciled correctly. |
Leave loadings: |
The total amount of leave loading paid to an employee for the employee's annual leave anniversary period. This value is used to determine when the threshold has been reached in determining the tax free component on paid annual leave loading. |
RFBA: |
Reportable Fringe Benefits are certain fringe benefits provided to employees, where the ‘grossed up’ taxable value of the fringe benefit (or the notional value in the case of quassi fringe benefits) exceed a specified threshold/cap. If you wish to display an employee's total RFBA value on an employee grid report, or displaying in ESS then you will need to run the FBT Calculation. Please note this field is no longer used reporting RFBA on Payment Summaries. |
F5 Key |
When you press the F5 function key on these fields, the Field Value for the last closed pay is not updated until the next manual pay that the employee is paid in is closed or the next standard pay for the employee's pay period is closed. |
