Visa subtypes are used to validate if an employee should be taxed under a specific tax code, i.e.

• Tax Code "W" requires employees to have an active Visa with Subtype "Working Holiday maker"
• Tax Code "SWP" requires employees to have an active Visa with Subtype "Season worker"
